Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated end-to-end UI tests using Playwright or Cypress.
- Collaborate with developers to understand application architecture and provide feedback on testability.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of the generative AI UI application.
- Execute and analyze test results, report defects, and track them to resolution.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the testing process and automation framework.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders and stay current with test automation practices.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience writing automated end-to-end tests.
- Fundamental understanding of generative AI concepts and assistant API concepts such as messages, threads, and assistants.
- Experience with web UI development, particularly ReactJS.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Harness.
- Experience with React component UI testing using react-testing-library.
- Experience with Playwright or Cypress.
- Effective communication skills and self-motivation.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Python backend development experience, particularly with Django, is preferred.
