Base Salary
$125k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical backbone for customer deployments on the Deployed Intelligence team.
- Ensure seamless technical integration of Basis into customer workflows.
- Own the critical connections that power the Basis platform.
- Bridge customer needs and the Basis engineering team.
- Lead technical troubleshooting with customers and internal IT teams.
- Manage multiple technical deployments simultaneously.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
- Strong SQL proficiency for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience with API integrations, particularly in financial services or enterprise SaaS.
- A track record of managing multiple technical deployments simultaneously.
- Comfort leading technical troubleshooting calls with customers and internal IT teams.
- Experience with enterprise data integrations and connectivity solutions is a plus.
