Base Salary
$125k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical backbone for customer deployments.
- Collaborate with DI Strategists to ensure seamless integration of Basis into client workflows.
- Manage critical connections that power the platform.
- Act as a bridge between customer needs and the engineering team.
- Lead technical troubleshooting calls with customers and internal IT teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Strong SQL proficiency for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience with API integrations, particularly in financial services or enterprise SaaS.
- Track record of managing multiple technical deployments simultaneously.
- Experience with enterprise data integrations and connectivity solutions is a plus.
