Base Salary
$120k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build complex application configurations to meet user and business requirements.
- Perform advanced programming, configuration, testing, and deployment for application releases and new implementations.
- Provide complex technical application support and business consultation.
- Communicate with users and respond to complex application support requests.
- Partner with developers, product managers, business partners, and vendors to align configurations with business requirements and project goals.
- Lead prioritization of incoming incident tickets and user requests.
- Manage software-vendor relationships and negotiate complex contracts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience; the role typically reflects 5 years or more.
- Certifications and/or experience with SuccessFactors Talent Management and Learning modules are preferred.
- Certifications and/or experience with other talent-management and learning applications, such as Perceptyx or Korn Ferry, are preferred.
