Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements and build and maintain virtual training sandbox environments.
- Develop and maintain database and lab environments while ensuring system health, reliability, and security.
- Troubleshoot environment-related issues, including customer support escalations.
- Track and document environment access, procedures, and configurations.
- Coordinate with curriculum, delivery, operations, IT, and external experts on installation and environment requirements.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments using Azure DevOps and Azure PaaS.
- Maintain integrations between Docebo Learn, Workday, and the Blackbaud Engineering System.
- Administer API documentation libraries using Swagger/OpenAPI and Swashbuckle.
- Participate in Scrum planning and grooming, resolve defects and technical debt, and improve environment quality through testing, monitoring, and alerting.
- Maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation while collaborating with senior developers and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in software development.
- Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Azure, PowerShell, C#, REST APIs, and web technologies.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, sprint planning, and grooming.
- Basic understanding of relational databases and integration practices.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with CI/CD code deployment is a plus.
- Exposure to Azure PaaS services and cloud environments is preferred.
- Experience working with international engineering teams.
