Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and evolve segmentation architecture across customer, commercial, and behavioral data domains.
- Build and maintain production-grade data pipelines and services for real-time, near-real-time, and batch segmentation.
- Operationalize ML-driven segmentation and integrate segmentation outputs into downstream products.
- Develop scalable data models and reusable, explainable segmentation frameworks.
- Improve data quality, freshness, lineage, observability, reliability, and platform usability.
- Define technical direction through architecture, design reviews, reference implementations, and documented standards.
- Lead complex cross-team technical initiatives through hands-on contribution and mentor senior engineers and Tech Leads.
- Design Azure data platform architectures spanning ingestion, storage, processing, analytics, and activation.
- Embed privacy, consent, governance, security, compliance, and responsible data-use requirements into platform design.
- Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Tech Leads, enterprise architecture, cloud, security, privacy, legal, customers, and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in data platform, analytics engineering, or backend engineering roles.
- Deep expertise in data modeling, segmentation strategies, and large-scale data systems.
- Strong experience with cloud-native data platforms and modern data tooling.
- Strong hands-on experience with machine-learning engineering and ML-driven segmentation.
- Experience operationalizing ML models, including model lifecycle management, monitoring drift, and retraining.
- Experience with Azure ML workspaces and integrating them with Azure Pipelines, or comparable cloud technologies.
- Demonstrated impact as a senior individual contributor on complex, cross-team initiatives.
- Ability to partner effectively with product and business stakeholders and communicate technical trade-offs in clear business language.
- Knowledge of data privacy, consent, regulatory requirements, identity and access controls, encryption, and compliance.
Benefits
- Annual base pay range is $152,000–$178,300, varying by geography, knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Medical, financial, and/or other benefits are offered depending on the position.
- Annual incentive reference value is 15%.
- The role is based in Atlanta, United States, with 0%–25% travel required.
- Relocation is not provided.
