Responsibilities
- Lead interviews, workshops, and other sessions to define business requirements and future-state processes.
- Identify, document, collect, and analyze enterprise data requirements from ERP systems, PLM systems, databases, spreadsheets, emails, and other sources.
- Translate approved business requirements into technical platform designs and lead technical design documentation.
- Oversee Solution Architects, Consultants, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Integration Specialists, and Junior Analysts in design, data, analytics, testing, and implementation activities.
- Configure and oversee the o9 platform, build complex datasets, and establish performance monitoring systems.
- Select and oversee mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms, simulations, analytics, and data visualizations.
- Lead supply chain planning implementations through requirements gathering, solution design and development, UAT/SIT, go-live/cutover, and value realization.
- Design testing protocols, oversee implementation, and work toward automated testing.
- Collaborate with client, IT, business, project management, client management, and internal R&D teams to deliver solutions and resolve gaps.
- Plan and deliver super-user and end-user training for global users and mentor project team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in supply chain or logistics organizations, including planning systems and ERP tools.
- Experience leading the full lifecycle of supply chain planning solution implementations and large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Experience with MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs, SQL Server, MySQL, MDX, and T-SQL.
- Experience leading teams and using analytics, modeling, testing, and technical design methods for enterprise planning solutions.
