Responsibilities
- Build and deploy agents that automate high-volume People and Operations workflows.
- Automate recruiting processes including screening, scheduling, and pipeline workflows.
- Create lightweight internal applications to replace manual spreadsheet and email processes.
- Establish guardrails and review loops for auditable and compliant automated decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Hands-on experience with LLM integration patterns and agent architectures.
- Proficiency in working across the tech stack as needed.
- Experience with orchestration frameworks like MCP or LangChain.
- Familiarity with open source LLM models.
- Strong opinions about developer experience and a track record of building usable tools.
- Ability to translate complex technical systems into practical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Thoughtfulness about privacy, governance, and responsible AI in sensitive contexts.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools in software development workflows.
- Familiarity with HR systems like Workday or Greenhouse is a plus.
