Responsibilities
- Lead the DevOps team and coordinate operations, development, and testing functions.
- Design DevOps architecture and frameworks for project or module delivery.
- Select DevOps tools and platforms, create deployment models, and manage supporting resources.
- Define and manage IT infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Develop coding and scripting integrations between application code, operating systems, and production infrastructure.
- Support application configuration onboarding and integrate security throughout the DevOps lifecycle.
- Provide customer and internal support for DevOps tools, troubleshoot implementation issues, and resolve escalations.
- Perform root cause analysis for major incidents and critical issues and develop alternative solutions.
- Provide knowledge transfer, share best practices, and motivate the team.
- Forecast staffing needs, recruit and onboard resources, train team members, manage performance, and drive engagement and career progression.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory experience with Jenkins.
- Experience designing DevOps architectures and frameworks, managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, monitoring, and release processes.
- Experience with coding or scripting for integration with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Ability to troubleshoot DevOps tool issues, perform root cause analysis, manage escalations, and support customers.
- Experience leading teams, including staffing, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
