Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements and analyze business processes for gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Design and execute functional, regression, interface, and integration tests for ERP modules and connected systems.
- Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business users, including test scripts, results, defect documentation, and sign-off.
- Track defects through resolution using ticketing and development tools.
- Validate data migration accuracy during ERP upgrades and system transitions.
- Partner with business users, technical teams, and ERP vendors to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Provide Service Desk support, triage ERP and general IT tickets, and escalate unresolved technical issues.
- Perform basic system administration, including user access, configuration checks, and system health monitoring.
- Train end users on new ERP functionality and processes.
Requirements
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with ERP integration, functional, and regression testing.
- Strong requirements-gathering and business analysis experience.
- Experience coordinating and executing UAT with business stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of user accounts, permissions, basic troubleshooting, and system administration.
- Experience supporting a Service Desk or helpdesk environment with ticketing tools.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, including requirements documents, test cases, test scripts, and process maps.
