Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow custom applications, Service Catalog items, agentic workflows, and Now Assist AI skills.
- Build custom APIs and integration spokes connecting ServiceNow with enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow Solutions Architect, project teams, implementation partners, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct impact analyses and perform platform version upgrades to maintain compliance, maintainability, and performance standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, CSM, or SPO.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, web services, and enterprise integration techniques.
- Ability to perform problem-solving and impact analysis and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related technical field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and understanding of ITIL principles.
