Responsibilities
- Fine-tune large language models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Analyze model outputs, evaluate performance, and iterate on training processes.
- Implement data preprocessing techniques for large datasets.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve model performance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of overall experience is stated, with an additional requirement of at least 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models is required.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques is required.
- Experience with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning is required.
- Familiarity with Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch is required.
- Ability to work with large datasets and implement data preprocessing techniques is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
