Responsibilities
- Design, create, and execute manual and automated test strategies, test plans, test cases, and scripts.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks using Selenium.
- Manage, document, track, troubleshoot, and verify software defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to establish testable acceptance criteria and integrate QA practices into CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct API and database testing using MSSQL and Cosmos databases to validate end-to-end functionality and data integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tooling, and testing best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, ideally in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Experience supporting continuous delivery and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Technical proficiency with .NET, Java, React, MSSQL databases, and Cosmos databases.
- Hands-on automated testing experience with Selenium and CI tooling.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across complex systems and environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and learn new concepts quickly.
