Responsibilities
- Contribute to the core React Native codebase for the Sportsbook application.
- Work on app launch performance and broader performance improvements.
- Build and maintain frameworks, tooling, and shared components.
- Collaborate with engineers across domains to solve technical challenges.
- Implement solutions balancing performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Join the on-call rota for out-of-hours support.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience building mobile applications.
- Strong practical experience with React Native.
- Interest in performance optimization and mobile app features.
- Native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with mobile app development best practices.
- Exposure to Agile development and collaborative environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate technical trade-offs.
