Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor on high-value implementations.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable architectures.
- Collaborate with sales teams on technical discovery.
- Troubleshoot integration hurdles and guide complex configuration decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the integration ecosystem.
- Create and maintain internal documentation and playbooks.
- Channel customer feedback into Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in implementation or project management.
- 4+ years of client-facing delivery experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ERP or accounting system implementations.
