Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise and high-growth customers across EMEA.
- Translate business requirements and solution designs into actionable implementation plans and coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Advise customers and internal teams on integration approaches, system configuration, and solution design.
- Partner with activation, onboarding, and account management teams on scalable ERP, HRIS, and API integrations.
- Support sales with technical discovery of customer systems, data flows, and workflows, and recommend integration blueprints using APIs and third-party connectors.
- Troubleshoot integration challenges and guide customers through complex configuration decisions without writing code directly.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HRIS, accounting, and other integration partners and help improve integration coverage.
- Create internal documentation, playbooks, and lightweight tooling for integration-heavy use cases.
- Share customer pain points and integration feedback with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management for complex technology or financial services implementations.
- At least 4 years of client-facing delivery or professional services experience in SaaS, fintech, consulting, systems integration, or enterprise implementation.
- A proven record of delivering cross-functional projects involving C-level executives, technical teams, and operations stakeholders.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, including leading steering meetings and influencing without direct authority.
- Experience delivering ERP, accounting system, or expense platform implementations and associated GL, cost centre, entity, and card-feed data flows.
- Preferred hands-on experience with integration engineers, solution architects, or technical program managers on API-based integrations.
- Preferred familiarity with web, SSO, and ERP integration concepts.
- Preferred project management or agile delivery training or certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.
- Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts and navigating commercial sensitivities while protecting delivery quality and scope.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
