Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical relationship for one strategic global healthcare account from discovery and qualification through proof of concept, technical close, and expansion.
- Build and deliver demonstrations, solution architectures, and executive presentations aligned with clinical, operational, and research data priorities.
- Design and lead proofs of concept covering clinical interoperability, population health, claims and payer analytics, real-world evidence, and AI/ML for diagnostics and care optimization.
- Translate healthcare regulatory and technical requirements, including HIPAA, GDPR, and HL7/FHIR, into production-ready Snowflake solutions.
- Partner with the Account Executive and leadership as the account’s primary technical owner and co-develop the joint success plan.
- Coordinate with Product, Professional Services, Support, and Engineering to resolve blockers and accelerate adoption.
- Mentor junior Solution Engineers and elevate the technical standard of the global accounts practice.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in pre-sales solution engineering, technical consulting, or data engineering in enterprise B2B technology.
- Significant experience with healthcare or life sciences customers and healthcare data use cases such as clinical interoperability, claims and payer analytics, population health, real-world evidence, and AI/ML for diagnostics or care optimization.
- Hands-on expertise with cloud data platforms, ideally Snowflake, and the ability to architect and demonstrate enterprise-grade solutions live.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and healthcare data engineering tools such as dbt, Spark, or equivalent.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to engage CDOs, CTOs, CMIOs, and CIOs at large healthcare organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading complex technical evaluations, winning competitive proofs of concept, and building lasting technical relationships within strategic enterprise accounts.
- Experience using AI and LLM-based tools in technical workflows and articulating Snowflake Cortex AI capabilities in healthcare contexts, including privacy and compliance.
- Preferred experience includes working within or selling to health systems, payers, life sciences companies, or health technology platforms.
- Preferred experience includes Snowflake, Cortex AI, data sharing, Snowpark, Native Apps, HL7, FHIR, OMOP, real-time clinical data pipelines, data governance, de-identification, privacy-preserving analytics, or dedicated named-account Solution Engineering.
