Base Salary
$140k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain core infrastructure across cloud environments.
- Build infrastructure-as-code workflows to automate deployments and scaling.
- Improve monitoring, logging, and alerting to maintain reliability.
- Manage deployment pipelines and support disaster recovery and high availability.
- Partner with product and research teams on scalable architectures.
- Identify and resolve compute, storage, networking, and database performance bottlenecks.
- Implement security best practices and compliance frameworks across infrastructure.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with cloud platforms, with AWS preferred.
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Deep experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of distributed architectures and production infrastructure reliability.
- Programming proficiency in Python and Rust, or willingness to learn Rust quickly.
- Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems, database scaling, observability, monitoring, network architecture, performance tuning, security, and compliance.
