Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of complex features, systems, and technical initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
- Design and build robust, scalable systems using advanced engineering knowledge.
- Own large-scale technical delivery from design and development through deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in the on-call roster and respond to production incidents within the domain.
- Navigate ambiguity, define problems, propose solutions, and influence technical direction across teams.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, feedback, pairing, and knowledge sharing to support other engineers.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering experience with deep expertise in one or more of Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical delivery across systems and teams.
- Experience owning large-scale features or platforms through design, development, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic problem-solving ability and sound technical judgment in ambiguous environments.
- Clear communication, collaboration, and the ability to build trust and influence technical direction.
