Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Deliver IAM capabilities across the Ping platform from infrastructure to UI experiences.
- Define and evolve common APIs, models, workflows, and services for platform-level capabilities.
- Research and prototype features in emerging areas like Identity for AI.
- Collaborate with product management, UX, and engineering teams to refine features and designs.
- Participate in the development life cycle including design, coding, testing, and production support.
- Utilize modern AI tooling to accelerate engineering workflows while maintaining strong judgment.
- Mentor other engineers and communicate technical direction effectively.
- Adapt to evolving customer needs and technology trends.
Requirements
- Proficient in designing, building, testing, and operating production services using Java, JavaScript, Google Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with AI engineering tools for research and prototyping.
- Background in building distributed systems and platform capabilities.
- Strong experience in designing APIs, RESTful services, and data models.
- Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into technical direction and production-ready solutions.
- Experience with authentication, authorization, and identity management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate work across teams.
