Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the NetSuite platform, including scripts, workflows, and custom records.
- Support enhancements and perform analysis and debugging of system errors.
- Design and maintain third-party software connections and integrations to NetSuite.
- Collaborate with product managers to identify solutions and refine product requirements.
- Provide solutions focused on performance and scalability.
- Monitor end-user system usage and ensure compliance with governance limits.
- Manage end-user request queue and ensure timely responses.
- Create and update technical documentation for customizations and workflows.
- Stay updated with products and modules through research and training.
- Assist stakeholders with data analysis, business process mapping, and reporting needs.
- Support change management processes for SOX compliance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite development and configuration.
- Expert-level knowledge of scripting, roles, permissions, and workflows.
- In-depth knowledge of SuiteScript, Suiteflow, and SQL.
- Experience with system implementations and third-party providers.
- Knowledge of supply chain components like kits and assemblies.
- Strong data analytics and reporting experience.
- Understanding of business processes and requirements.
- Experience with SDF and GIT.
