Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Lead complex CRM initiatives from requirements analysis and solution design through production deployment and support.
- Develop Salesforce capabilities using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and Platform Events.
- Design and implement secure Salesforce architectures, integration patterns, data synchronization, and event-driven integrations.
- Work with OmniStudio, OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Integrate Salesforce with Java-based microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and enterprise backend platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and manage Salesforce data volumes, governor limits, security, sharing, and platform performance.
- Lead technical discussions, influence architecture and engineering decisions, and drive engineering excellence.
- Mentor and coach developers, perform code reviews, and guide less experienced specialists.
- Partner with Architects, Product Owners, Engineering Leads, senior stakeholders, and globally distributed technology teams.
- Manage risks and controls, contribute to strategic technology decisions, and support continuous improvements in delivery and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Significant experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions in large-scale environments.
- Proven experience working in large, globally distributed technology organizations.
- Experience leading complex CRM initiatives from solution design through production deployment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development, governor limits, platform optimization, security, sharing models, design patterns, and large data volumes.
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Security Model, Platform Events, and Salesforce Data Model.
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, asynchronous processing, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration architecture.
- Experience with OmniStudio, OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Hands-on Core Java development experience and understanding of Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices architecture, messaging, and asynchronous integration patterns.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with Java-based microservices and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with logging, monitoring, observability, cloud-native application architectures, and secure software design principles.
- Experience mentoring developers, performing code reviews, leading technical discussions, and influencing architecture decisions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, mentoring, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with Agile software delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred; Salesforce Platform Developer II and Salesforce Application Architect certifications are desirable.
- Experience in investment banking, capital markets, financial services, front-office CRM, or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is advantageous.
