Responsibilities
- Collaborate with an agile engineering team to design, build, and operate Autodesk’s membership service.
- Develop features that improve service performance, analytics, security, and software quality.
- Improve unit, integration, and end-to-end testing coverage and quality infrastructure.
- Enhance automated validation and quality gates for faster development feedback.
- Assist with monitoring, alerting, metrics, service health, and troubleshooting.
- Translate product and technical requirements into clean, scalable code with mentorship from senior engineers.
- Explore developer and agent-friendly tooling to improve testing, code quality, and engineering workflows.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with graduation expected in 2027 or 2028.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
- Familiarity with at least one of Go, Java, C++, C#, or Python.
- Understanding of REST APIs and relational or NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
- Preferred qualifications include exposure to automated testing, continuous integration, AWS or other cloud platforms, performance monitoring, code quality tooling, developer tooling, automation, or AI-assisted software development.
- Strong communication skills and interest in cloud-native application development are preferred.
