Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect, design, build, deliver, and enhance highly available, scalable, real-time systems.
- Develop and support mobile applications for both Android and iOS.
- Develop front-end mobile applications and back-end RESTful APIs.
- Troubleshoot application issues and recommend preventative measures.
- Participate in or direct project deliverables across scope, estimation, architecture, design, coding, and unit testing.
- Evaluate and recommend designs based on customer objectives, timelines, and resource constraints.
- Collaborate with technical teams and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or four additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least five years of Mobile Application Development experience with both Android and iOS.
- Experience developing Java and Node.js applications.
- Experience with both NoSQL and SQL databases.
- Experience with Flutter, Dart, and comparable Android/iOS frameworks.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Spring Boot, SQL, Kafka, MySQL, Struts, Hibernate, Java, JSF, Swing, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Angular or React is desired.
- Strong application testing discipline and knowledge of software design patterns.
- Experience with issue and problem tracking systems such as Jira.
- Experience with Agile practices, service-oriented environments, development best practices, and DevOps frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and independent collaboration skills.
- Preferred qualifications include active CBP BI, CBP experience, AWS experience, CI/CD pipeline knowledge, Agile experience, and experience with other mobile frameworks.
- U.S. citizenship is required for this government-contract position.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a CBP Background Investigation before starting.
