Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design the identity model for AI agents, including delegated actions and composite identities.
- Build the real-time authorization engine for agent activities.
- Define trust establishment for identities from external platforms and emerging standards.
- Develop authorization and continuous-evaluation capabilities based on live session signals.
- Own and maintain the interfaces and contracts for platform integration.
- Act as a technical leader, guiding teams on identity and authorization best practices.
Requirements
- Typically 10 or more years of software engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in identity, authorization, or distributed systems security.
- Hands-on experience with authorization or policy systems like Cedar or OPA.
- Working knowledge of identity and token standards such as OAuth and OpenID Connect.
- Proven track record of designing scalable systems and interfaces.
- Ability to lead technical decisions and communicate effectively across teams.
