Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams to understand requirements and make key technical decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions for immediate and cross-team problems.
- Manage and coordinate team performance and mentor junior team members.
- Evaluate and improve software development processes for greater efficiency.
- Deliver scalable, high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with the Salesforce OmniStudio Platform.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in coding languages relevant to the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with modern frameworks and agile practices.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components is preferred.
