Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable test automation frameworks.
- Develop and execute end-to-end tests for cloud services, analytics dashboards, APIs, and user-facing applications.
- Integrate testing pipelines into CI/CD workflows in collaboration with engineering and DevOps teams.
- Use analytics tools, logs, and testing outputs to identify bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues.
- Refine testing methodologies to improve coverage, early issue detection, and efficiency.
- Contribute to the quality, scalability, and reliability of ZDX solutions using an AI-first development methodology.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in automation testing, preferably in cloud or SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation and testing solutions.
- Familiarity with testing tools and performance analysis.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience integrating testing workflows into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar systems.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions within the functional domain.
- Preferred: familiarity with testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Preferred: understanding of data platforms, SQL, and ETL frameworks.
- Preferred: understanding of networking protocols and diagnostic tools such as Wireshark or TCPDump.
