- Design, build, and deliver core components of next-generation productivity platforms.
- Develop reliable userspace infrastructure for long-running engineering workflows on bare-metal Linux hosts.
- Build state coordination over NFS, including atomicity, idempotency, deduplication, and partial-write recovery.
- Improve orchestration around IBM LSF, including submission, tracking, retries, cancellation, log capture, fairness, and backpressure.
- Modernize legacy codebases through incremental migrations such as Perl to Go, using stage gates, parity strategies, and observability.
- Debug and improve performance and reliability across Linux and Kubernetes, including operational tooling.

- Hands-on experience with shared filesystems at scale, such as NFS, or coordination patterns on eventually consistent storage is preferred.
- Experience with batch job scheduling, shared compute fleets, build systems, incremental modernization, metadata optimization, incident debugging, root-cause analysis, remediation, and unfamiliar codebases is preferred.
Benefits
- Competitive salary, equity, and a generous benefits package.
