Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for backend services and APIs.
- Improve test automation frameworks and supporting infrastructure.
- Create and maintain internal automation tools and utilities.
- Design and implement scalable test automation solutions.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test results, investigate failures, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to improve product quality.
- Improve test coverage, reliability, and test execution efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and establish automation best practices.
- Contribute to quality strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and adopt modern engineering tools and AI-assisted development practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of QA Automation experience for the Middle level or at least 5 years for the Senior level.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and test design techniques.
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Practical experience with Docker and containerized environments.
- Experience with CI/CD systems such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, REST APIs, and client-server architecture.
- Experience with API testing, UI testing, and backend validation.
- Ability to read and work with technical documentation in English.
- Ability to use AI agents and LLMs for code generation, debugging, test development, log analysis, test-case creation, and incident investigation.
