
Oracle EBS Solution Architect – Federal Financials, Projects & G-Invoicing

- Own the technical design and configuration of Oracle Projects and Oracle G-Invoicing within the federal client's Financial Management Support System.
- Translate requirements into technical designs, configuration approaches, interface specifications, and design documentation.
- Configure project costing, labor and non-labor costs, reimbursable agreements, project structures, task hierarchies, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Design and build integrations with General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, and related FMSS components.
- Implement Treasury G-Invoicing for interagency agreements, order and performance transactions, IPAC settlement, and Treasury interfaces.
- Configure security and support unit, system integration, user acceptance, and Treasury-interface testing.
- Troubleshoot technical defects and migrate configurations, integrations, data, open GT&Cs, and Orders to production.
- Maintain audit evidence, provide hypercare, and coordinate changes, releases, decisions, and escalations.
- Remain throughout the engagement as named key personnel and coordinate with the program office and other contractors.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, accounting, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials.
- At least two years of experience implementing Oracle Projects.
- Experience with system configuration, integration, architecture, and technical design.
- Experience supporting federal financial management programs is preferred.
- Familiarity with Treasury G-Invoicing and intragovernmental buy/sell transactions is preferred.
- Oracle certification is preferred but not required.
