Base Salary
$190k - $304k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution development for complex Federal Government opportunities through proposal submission and transition to execution.
- Establish technical and architectural vision across enterprise applications, cloud modernization, software development, systems integration, data, AI-enabled capabilities, and digital transformation.
- Lead multidisciplinary Solution Teams and coordinate technical, engineering, architecture, and subject matter expert contributions.
- Translate customer mission needs, requirements, and evaluation criteria into compliant, differentiated, and executable technical approaches.
- Partner with Capture and Business Development leadership on win strategies, solution discriminators, pricing, proposals, and customer engagement.
- Engage senior government executives, contracting officers, and customer stakeholders to shape requirements and position solutions for program success.
- Ensure proposed solutions account for architecture, delivery, staffing, technology, cost, schedule, risk, governance, and transition.
- Lead solution reviews, technical presentations, RFIs, RFP responses, white papers, demonstrations, prototypes, and customer briefings.
- Advise executive leadership on technology strategy, investment priorities, customer needs, solution risk, and growth opportunities.
- Develop reusable solution approaches, architectures, collateral, and methodologies.
- Lead senior technical professionals and support organizational transformation and high-performing distributed teams.
Requirements
- 18+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, enterprise architecture, solution development, program management, software engineering, or related disciplines.
- Experience leading large-scale Federal Government technology programs and modernization initiatives.
- Experience developing and presenting technical solutions for RFI/RFP and competitive business development opportunities.
- Strong experience with enterprise architecture, cloud modernization, software development, systems integration, and digital transformation.
- Experience leading large multidisciplinary technical and program organizations.
- Experience translating complex customer requirements into compliant, differentiated, and executable solutions.
- Experience partnering with Business Development and Capture organizations on solution strategy, proposal development, pricing, and customer engagement.
- Experience engaging senior Federal Government executives, contracting officers, and customer stakeholders.
- Business acumen including experience with budgets, financial modeling, pricing, P&L, or business growth.
- Experience leading organizational transformation and building geographically distributed teams.
- Strong executive presence, written communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance preferred.
- Experience supporting DoD, VA, DLA, MHS, or other major Federal agencies preferred.
- Experience with FedRAMP-authorized cloud environments, Federal SaaS solutions, Generative AI, AI-enabled solutions, automation, analytics, modern application development, prototypes, demonstrations, reusable architectures, major ERP/HCM modernization, or large-scale systems integration preferred.
- Experience managing programs or organizations exceeding $100M in annual value and/or teams of 100+ professionals preferred.
Benefits
- Target salary range is $190,000-$304,000, excluding potential overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus.
