Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize technical vision and translate complex problems into practical, operational solutions.
- Lead modernization of monolithic systems into microservice architectures and event-driven platforms.
- Drive technical design and implementation quality, including performance, scalability, and operability.
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture leaders on platform strategy, API standards, coding standards, and design standards.
- Provide hands-on technical contributions while mentoring engineers, coaching technical communities, and supporting professional development.
- Lead cross-divisional projects and architectural reviews that advance technology practices and capabilities.
- Create technical communications, code samples, blog posts, and other knowledge-sharing materials.
- Balance multiple projects and maximize technical impact across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field is required.
- At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, enterprise architecture and design patterns, cloud computing, and data architecture are required.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering and 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, web technologies, distributed HPC and ML systems, cloud computing, and data architecture.
- Preferred experience includes 10+ years coding in Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, or Scala.
- Preferred experience includes 8+ years with databases and database management systems and 10+ years across the full system development lifecycle.
- Preferred experience includes public cloud, cloud productivity tools, virtualization, networking protocols, third-party distributed systems, mentoring senior engineers, and cross-domain architectural reviews.
- Expertise in the strategic application of agentic AI coding tools is preferred.
