Responsibilities
- Conduct generic and tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops.
- Develop and deliver technical proposals, RFP responses, trials, and proof of concepts.
- Understand customer objectives, technical environments, accounting needs, and financial workflows.
- Provide product and customer insights to product and engineering teams.
- Ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to implementation or onboarding.
- Manage multiple pre-sales engagements while supporting sales-cycle acceleration and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a solutions or pre-sales role.
- In-depth understanding of B2B SaaS products, APIs, configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial workflows.
- Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles, relationship building, and customer-centric problem solving.
- Strong planning, prioritization, risk management, attention to detail, and adaptability during customer interactions.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence product development with actionable insights.
