Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients’ digital capabilities and perform feasibility studies.
- Develop IT strategies, concepts, technical solutions, and target architectures.
- Analyze, develop, and optimize customized IT architectures involving legacy IT and enterprise solutions.
- Manage small agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs.
- Establish practices such as DevOps and CI/CD and oversee implementation of digital requirements including cyber resilience.
- Provide technical guidance while coordinating small project teams.
- Work with BCG Platinion, Boston Consulting Group, and clients on national and international projects.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in computer science, informatics, engineering, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades.
- Minimum four years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development.
- Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
- Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, AI, robotics, and modern IT architecture concepts.
- Familiarity with software development methods and tools.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and other generative AI tools and knowledge of how to apply them across work tasks.
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary and global contexts and travel to clients domestically and internationally.
- Fluent understanding and communication of complex topics in English.
