Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for reliable data workload releases.
- Build and maintain scalable infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
- Automate operational workflows and deployment tasks with scripting languages.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability tools to support availability and performance.
- Manage containerized platforms and deployment pipelines while enforcing security, vulnerability-scanning, and compliance controls.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, scrum masters, and product owners.
- Troubleshoot software failures and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience is indicated for the role.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or another major cloud provider and Terraform is essential.
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines, ideally with GitHub Actions, is essential.
- Experience managing containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes is essential.
- Scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or another modern programming language are essential.
- Exposure to Helm Charts and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, or Google Cloud Operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with Gemini, Claude, Copilot, and modern software engineering practices is preferred.
- ITIL and SDLC knowledge and software troubleshooting experience are required in the financial-institution context.
