Base Salary
$73k - $174k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for offshore technical leads and development teams.
- Translate solution and technical designs into build guidance covering OmniStudio components, integrations, and data operations.
- Review code, configuration, and technical deliverables for adherence to approved designs, VS Code conventions, and GitHub standards.
- Manage technical execution issues including clarifications, defect triage, and dependency resolution.
- Ensure alignment among functional designs, approved technical architecture, and implemented solutions.
- Identify quality risks, deviations, or misunderstandings and escalate them appropriately.
- Support sprint planning and backlog readiness by validating technical feasibility and build clarity.
- Coordinate with the CI/CD Lead and Release Train Engineer to ensure builds are deployable, testable, and production-ready through Copado.
- Represent the team in project meetings and collaborate with analysts and software and solution architects.
- Supervise, mentor, and manage large teams of programmers across one or more projects.
- Use ChatGPT to accelerate build guidance documentation, defect notes, and offshore communication.
Requirements
- Experience developing, testing, integrating, deploying, or managing client-specific package-based applications.
- Relevant Salesforce or SaaS/package-based solution certifications and/or certifications in programming tools, languages, or methodologies.
- Ability to provide technical guidance to offshore development teams and review code, configuration, and technical deliverables.
- Ability to interpret functional and technical designs and manage defects, dependencies, and technical execution risks.
