Responsibilities
- Build AI features that drive revenue from end to end.
- Define success metrics and iterate on features until they meet goals.
- Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and validate features.
- Make foundational technical decisions regarding agent memory and outbound strategies.
- Mentor team members through code and design reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on relevant technologies.
- Production experience with AI features and debugging agents.
- Strong opinions about human-agent collaboration in product design.
- Willingness to communicate with customers for feature validation.
- Ability to enhance team productivity.
