Base Salary
$215k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI features that drive revenue, define success metrics, and iterate until they improve outcomes.
- Work directly with customers through calls and shared Slack channels, then ship fixes and improvements.
- Make foundational technical decisions about agent memory and long-running outbound strategies.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and pairing on challenging problems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience.
- Depth in a relevant technology stack, such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, or Python.
- Production experience building AI features, including debugging agents and creating evaluations.
- Ability to collaborate directly with customers to validate features.
- Ability to mentor teammates and make the broader team more effective.
- Based in San Francisco and willing to work in the office at least 3 days per week.
