Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the companion iOS app from architecture through deployment and ongoing iteration.
- Translate emotional-state outputs from the core AI inference model into clean, intuitive app interfaces.
- Build and ship a polished, consumer-grade mobile experience.
- Make autonomous technical decisions as a founding engineer on a lean, distributed team.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of professional iOS engineering experience; the role is not suitable for recent graduates.
- Strong Swift proficiency and a proven track record of shipping polished, consumer-grade iOS applications.
- Experience building data-driven apps that translate complex model or data outputs into clean, accessible interfaces.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and the ability to own technical decisions independently.
- Ability to work across time zones in a distributed team environment.
- Experience in consumer wearables, health technology, or AI-powered mobile products is a plus.
Benefits
- Salary of $150,000 USD or approximately GBP 75,000 for London-based candidates, plus up to 1 to 2% equity.
- On-site in London, England, with some location flexibility potentially available; the team also has a presence in San Francisco.
- Visa transfers and OPT transitions are acceptable, but no new visa sponsorship is available.
