Base Salary
$140k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and review plans for new projects and participate in implementation.
- Champion the adoption of a mix of traditional and cutting-edge technologies.
- Mentor and guide engineers to enhance their skills.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor others in performing effective code reviews.
- Ensure the delivery of superior software that exceeds customer expectations.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and leadership to promote open communication.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in software development in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with a marketplace product is highly desired.
- Strong technical expertise in a full-stack environment, including REST API design, HTML, DOM, CSS, and Python.
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and React/Typescript design and development is expected.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with various levels of staff and executives.
- Excellent leadership, execution, and communication skills.
