Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize AI, SLM/LLM, and agentic solutions for diverse real-world problems.
- Implement algorithms, fine-tune and serve models, define APIs, and build coherent toolsets and libraries.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable agentic solutions with measurable business results.
- Analyze model functionality, accuracy, latency, throughput, and other performance characteristics.
- Research generative AI, deep learning, and related advances and contribute to novel models and methodologies.
- Prototype and develop AI tools and infrastructure pipelines.
- Explain model designs, code, algorithms, and outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Four or more years of experience in cognitive analytics and AI modeling.
- Experience collaborating with global teams to develop AI solutions and implement optimized AI algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale distributed systems for end-to-end AI training, SLM/LLM modeling, orchestration, fine-tuning, and production model serving.
- Knowledge of GPU/CPU architecture, distributed computing, compute-system concepts, and performance analysis and tuning.
- Advanced prompt engineering and optimization experience.
- Research and development experience in generative AI, deep learning, algorithms, or related fields.
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Java, and relevant AI libraries or frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in computer science, mathematics, data science, or a similar field.
- Preferred experience includes generative AI applied to LLMs, multimodal learning, advanced mathematics, statistics, algorithms, cloud platforms, inference and deployment environments, and telecommunications data or use cases.
- Publishing innovative results on GitHub, in scientific publications, or through patents is preferred.
