Base Salary
$246k - $370k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on identity and access projects.
- Design, build, and deploy core systems like multi-factor authentication and ID verification.
- Engage with stakeholders to define requirements balancing security and privacy needs.
- Drive the technical design of scalable and maintainable components.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and designers to deliver high-quality features.
- Champion innovative solutions to improve security and usability.
- Mentor team members and contribute to team growth and process improvement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong experience with Python or a similar programming language.
- Experience designing and building identity or authentication systems.
- Familiarity with security and privacy concerns related to identity data.
- Comfortable with data storage techniques and data modeling.
- Experience with consumer-facing features emphasizing quality and user experience.
- Ability to create elegant solutions to complex problems.
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Computer Science or related field.
