Responsibilities

  • Integrate and configure AUTOSAR BSW components using EB Tresos, Vector DaVinci Configurator, or other software configurator tools.
  • Configure MCAL components for Infineon TC3xx/TC4xx, Renesas, and NXP microcontrollers.
  • Integrate and configure OS, COM, DCM, NVM, ECU State Manager, watchdog, and other BSW modules.
  • Execute BSW releases, including generation, build validation, and SWC integration testing.
  • Integrate and configure CAN, CAN-FD, SPI, I2C, LIN, SENT, and UART communication drivers.
  • Develop and maintain ASIC drivers for power supply and H-Bridge ASICs.
  • Support CAN network design and DBC/ARXML-based signal integration.
  • Support BSW integration on OBC ECUs, dual-chip architectures, and high-voltage powertrain contexts.
  • Perform static code analysis, peer reviews, and unit-test support according to ASPICE and ISO 26262 processes.
  • Maintain configuration management with Git, SVN, and PTC Integrity/Windchill.
  • Prepare BSW integration guides, MCAL configuration reports, release notes, and other technical documentation.
  • Support technical reviews, change management, and issue resolution with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • B.E. or B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 5 to 8 years of hands-on AUTOSAR BSW integration experience in an automotive embedded environment.
  • Experience configuring MCAL on at least one Infineon TC3xx, Renesas RH850/RL78, or NXP S32/MPC platform.
  • Experience with EB Tresos Studio or Vector DaVinci Configurator; experience with both is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of AUTOSAR layered architecture, including MCAL, ECU Abstraction, Services, RTE, and COM stack.
  • Hands-on experience with CAN/CAN-FD, SPI, I2C, LIN, and SENT communication protocols.
  • Proficiency in C programming for embedded targets; MISRA-C awareness is preferred.
  • Familiarity with make, cmake, or vendor-specific IDE toolchains.
  • Working knowledge of ASPICE and ISO 26262, including functional safety awareness.
  • Experience with EV powertrain ECUs such as OBC, inverter/motor controller, or BMS software integration is preferred.
  • Exposure to NXP SoC platforms and associated BSW/MCAL stacks is preferred.
  • Knowledge of FOC concepts and their software context is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Vector CANalyzer or CANoe for network simulation and testing is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a Tier-1 automotive supplier environment is preferred.
