Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, enhance, debug, and optimize custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and optimize data pipelines and workflows using Databricks, APIs, distributed computing, and big data processing concepts.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions to immediate and cross-team problems.
- Lead software development best-practice initiatives to improve team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for project execution and delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Proficiency with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, Databricks Backend, and APIs.
- Experience with distributed computing and big data processing concepts.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, modern development frameworks, and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and optimize data pipelines and workflows, integrate cloud analytics solutions, and perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- 15 years of full-time education.
