Responsibilities
- Embed within product teams to deliver end-to-end AI/ML integrations, API orchestration, workflow management, and error handling.
- Produce merged pull requests, architecture notes, runbooks, observability dashboards, and knowledge-transfer sessions for engagements.
- Implement and extend Cognition integration patterns, including coordinator, extractor, mailbox, Kafka pipeline, and RESTful API patterns.
- Own and scale Cognition v3 preprocessing, post-processing, audit, and Conduct integration components for high message volumes and reliable throughput.
- Instrument services with Prometheus and Grafana and maintain observability across Logic-owned components.
- Deliver OCR-as-a-Service, enhanced attachment processing, mature as-a-Service patterns, and Cognition v3 reliability improvements.
- Use AI productivity tools and write clean, well-tested Kotlin or Java while contributing to architecture and design reviews.
Requirements
- Experience building and integrating AI/ML capabilities into product teams and production workflows.
- Ability to develop integration and pipeline services handling high message volumes with reliable throughput.
- Proficiency in Kotlin or Java and experience writing well-tested production software.
- Experience with API orchestration, workflow management, error handling, observability, and reliable service design.
- Ability to contribute to architecture and design reviews and create effective technical handover documentation.
