Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain design systems and UX patterns for a complex product.
- Build interfaces connecting users with AI agents and operational data sources.
- Create human-in-the-loop workflows for reviewing, handling exceptions, and approving agent outputs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and inform product improvements.
Requirements
- One to seven years of professional frontend engineering experience.
- Strong TypeScript and React skills with proficiency in Tailwind CSS.
- Experience building workflow-driven interfaces with human review, exception handling, or approval steps.
- Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.
- Practical experience with AI, machine learning, or large language model products.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to guide product decisions.
- Private-markets or financial-operations experience is valuable.
