Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology activities, application development, and model development.
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs for business and user needs.
- Monitor and control development phases including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
- Provide application user and operational support to business users.
- Analyze complex application and business-process issues and recommend advanced programming solutions.
- Develop post-implementation security measures and assess system usage and functionality.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and assist with customer exposure systems.
- Define operating standards and processes, follow required procedures, and advise or coach junior analysts.
- Assess and manage technology, compliance, operational, and business risks with limited direct supervision.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
