Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend systems for stablecoin transactions.
- Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for key projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Integrate stablecoin functionality into core products.
- Build APIs for businesses to leverage stablecoin-powered money movement.
- Identify and address performance and reliability challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
- Stay updated on the evolving crypto ecosystem.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering.
- Proven experience in building large-scale backend systems, ideally in fintech or crypto.
- Strong proficiency in backend technologies like Go or Java.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and APIs.
- Experience with crypto or blockchain technologies is a plus.
- A product-minded approach to engineering.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects end-to-end.
- Collaborative spirit to work cross-functionally.
