Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and implement the testing role, scope, processes, and frameworks across projects, releases, and deliveries.
- Develop test management plans, schedules, resource requirements, scenarios, and test cases.
- Set up and implement automated testing and execute functional technology testing as needed.
- Manage defect identification, tracking, resolution, testing metrics, and reporting.
- Manage testing resources, tools, processes, assignments, deliverable reviews, and time and expense charges.
- Coordinate business, IT, Office of Trade, Office of Field Operations, and operational testing stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Enterprise Life Cycle and project management standards and develop supporting documentation.
- Provide management and executive reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree required.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience required.
- Test leadership experience on mid-size IT projects lasting approximately 6–12 months and valued at $1–$10 million.
- Hands-on experience implementing and/or testing functional technology solutions.
- Deep understanding of project testing integration points.
- Hands-on experience with test automation software.
- Strong documentation, communication, analytical, issue-analysis, and issue-resolution skills.
- US citizenship and a DHS background investigation are required.
