Responsibilities
- Design and implement tailored Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients.
- Develop and scale RAG-based solutions, LLM applications, AI chatbots, autonomous systems, and multi-agent systems.
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions and guide solution discovery, project processes, and deliverables.
- Research AI trends and define AI models, frameworks, architectures, and client-specific solutions.
- Collaborate with business, product, data science, engineering, and geographically distributed teams.
- Drive client training, business pursuit initiatives, internal capability building, productivity improvements, and cost optimization.
- Apply prompt engineering, AI observability, Responsible AI, and modern interoperability practices.
Requirements
- Experience solutioning in Generative AI, Agentic AI, classic machine learning, and automation.
- Experience with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, supervised and unsupervised machine learning, and AI observability.
- Experience delivering enterprise RAG solutions using LLMs and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, and FAISS.
- Experience designing and scaling Generative AI chatbots and Agentic AI solutions.
- Knowledge of LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, MCP Servers, and at least one hyperscaler.
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks including PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience with LangChain, LangSmith or Langfuse, cloud AI platforms, and MLOps/LLMOps tools.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, customer-orientation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Understanding of Responsible AI principles, network security, network telemetry and analytics, cloud computing, and virtualization.
- Preferred experience with Agile project delivery, feedback analysis, topic modeling, sentiment analysis, AgentOps, OpenTelemetry, and APM/observability tools.
