Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and implement Oracle ERP modules and solutions.
- Build custom forms, reports, interfaces, workflows, extensions, APIs, web services, and integrations.
- Develop Oracle Fusion Middleware components using SOA, BPEL, and ADF.
- Support requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live ERP implementation activities.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading using ODI and FBDI.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle ERP and CRM, HCM, legacy, and other external systems.
- Perform unit testing and system integration testing while supporting user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot integration, production, performance, and implementation issues.
- Optimize database queries, reports, workflows, and Oracle ERP applications for performance and scalability.
- Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test scripts, and user guides.
- Implement security, access control, encryption, compliance, and data-integrity practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, DBAs, project managers, stakeholders, and global delivery teams.
- Communicate technical concepts, project status, risks, issues, and timelines to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Oracle ERP development, including at least 2 years focused on ERP implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Expertise with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, OAF, or APEX.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware tools, including SOA, BPEL, and ADF, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Familiarity with ODI, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON.
- Proficiency in Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Developer, or TOAD.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, or HRMS.
- Experience with Oracle Workflow, AME, and BI Publisher.
- Understanding of Oracle AIM, OUM, or Agile implementation methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across cultures and time zones.
- Oracle Certified Professional or Oracle Cloud ERP certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Agile or Scrum, and Oracle ERP performance tuning is preferred.
