Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement ServiceNow solutions integrating with TMF APIs using Integration Hub.
- Develop and maintain Service Catalogs and Service Portals.
- Utilize Integration Hub to manage integrations with third-party applications.
- Develop and implement Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases.
- Leverage MSP experience to configure and manage multi-tenant environments.
- Implement ITSM, CSM, and ITOM solutions for enhanced service delivery.
- Assist in developing comprehensive documentation for solutions.
Requirements
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is required.
- Certified Technical Architect (CAT) certification is required.
- CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification is required.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM is essential.
- Experience with web development technologies such as Angular JS, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
