Base Salary
$87k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and support low-code and no-code ServiceNow solutions from concept through production.
- Create architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices for client IT needs.
- Use cloud tools and automation to accelerate modernization and reduce system maintenance and development costs.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams as a trusted technical advisor.
- Support management of low-code development platforms and identify techniques to improve digital environments.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of JavaScript experience.
- At least 1 year of HTML and CSS experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow development tools and modules.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and management.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred: at least 2 years of UI and UX scripting experience.
- Preferred: at least 2 years of ServiceNow development experience, including the ServiceNow System Admin role.
- Preferred: at least 1 year of SQL experience.
- Preferred: experience with requirements management, RTM platforms, and Jira.
- Preferred: knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD and REST, SOAP, and third-party integrations.
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow CIS - Human Resources Certification.
- Preferred: experience in computer science and strong verbal, written, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
